Venue Type

The Norland Historic Estate offers both indoor and outdoor settings, providing flexibility to accommodate various wedding styles and sizes.

Indoor & Outdoor Wedding Ceremony Locations

For ceremonies, couples can choose between the elegant indoor drawing room, which can accommodate up to 150 guests, or the picturesque outdoor gardens featuring a charming gazebo.

Indoor & Outdoor Wedding Reception Areas

Receptions can be held in the expansive 6,300-square-foot ballroom, which features floor-to-ceiling windows and sophisticated chandeliers, creating an elegant atmosphere for celebrations. Alternatively, the outdoor gardens provide a beautiful setting for alfresco receptions.

Seated Capacity for Indoor and Outdoor Receptions

The indoor ballroom can accommodate up to 300 seated guests, while the outdoor garden area can host a similar number, depending on the specific setup chosen.

Privacy

The Norland hosts only one wedding at a time, ensuring exclusive use of the estate for your event.

Access

Vendors typically have access to the venue starting at 8:00 AM on the day of the wedding, with the event concluding by 1:00 AM.

Furniture

The venue provides essential furniture, including tables and chairs, as part of the rental package.

The Norland partners with LA Chefs Catering, offering in-house catering services with customizable menus to suit your preferences.

The venue does not impose strict sound restrictions, but it is important to be mindful of the surrounding community. Both live bands and DJs are welcome, and the venue can accommodate various entertainment setups.

Lighting

Ambient lighting is provided indoors and outdoors, with additional lighting available upon request to enhance the setting, especially for evening events.

Ample power outlets are available throughout the property to support lighting, sound equipment, and other electrical needs.

Setup and Cleanup
