At River Cafe, you can choose to have either an indoor or outdoor wedding ceremony. The number of guests you want to have will influence which is the best choice for you. River Café offers capacity for a few different style weddings:
Semi-Private: 12 - 50 guests
Seated: 100 guests
Standing Cocktail Party: 150 guests
Outdoor Cocktail Reception: 250 guests
While indoor seating is limited, the outdoor spaces are just as beautiful as the inside of this rustic spot. That means that you'll have a great wedding that leaves nothing to be desired no matter whether you want a small or large event.
You can either opt for a daytime wedding which runs from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm or you can host an evening wedding from 5:00 pm to 1:00 am. Regardless, you'll be able to plan a wedding that works for your schedule and lets you make the most of the River Café.

Plus, it's only 25 minutes from Calgary International Airport, making it convenient for out-of-town guests. There are plenty of nearby hotels that guests can stay at, too.

At the River Cafe, you can either choose a buffet-style meal or plated dinner service. Either way, it costs $50 per plate. You're welcome to offer meal options to the vendors, which will just be added to your per-person cost.
