In my 20s, I visited Banff National Park and fell in love with its stunning landscapes, which inspired me to emigrate to Canada. As a mountaineer, I explored the Rockies and cared for remote alpine cabins, which led me to spearhead helicopter weddings in these breathtaking locations. What is included in your helicopter elopement packages?
All collections include a private helicopter, a ceremony with a marriage commissioner, time at a scenic location, professional photography, and all necessary permits. Customizations such as hair and makeup, bouquet, and boutonniere are available to suit your needs.
What is a helicopter wedding or helicopter elopement?
A helicopter wedding or elopement is when you're flown to a breathtaking location by helicopter. Once we land, depending on your booked collection, the helicopter will either stay for your ceremony or fly off. Our most popular option is the 4 to 6-hour experience, and of course, the helicopter returns to pick us up after your adventure.
Do you have to hike for every helicopter wedding or elopement?
Most clients love the hiking option, and this option is not widely available. However, if you love the mountains and want to be in a remote location with nobody around, we can stay in one location, and it alone is gorgeous.
Can we customize our elopement?
Absolutely! I offer a range of helicopter wedding services, from a short stay at Marvel Pass to an all-day, multi-drop experience. Tailored packages, extended photography sessions, post-wedding adventures, and specific locations can all be discussed during our Zoom call.
Do you provide us with a marriage licence?
It is the only thing that I cannot obtain for you as it’s illegal for anyone other than the couple to obtain a marriage license. If I could do it for you, I would, but anyone claiming they can isn't being truthful. The good news is that I’ll guide you through Alberta’s simple process to get your license. Just remember, it must be done by you. As a legal and insured business, I value transparency with all my couples.
Can we bring guests?
Yes, space is limited. Most helicopters can accommodate up to six people, including the couple and vendors. Additional flights can be arranged, with a maximum of four flights total, carrying six people per flight.
