Emma and Michael’s hiking elopement was a journey of adventure, connection, and unmatched beauty in the Canadian Rockies. Collaborating closely with Geoff Wilkings Photography, a Calgary based expert in mountain weddings, they crafted an experience that was as awe-inspiring as it was personal.

The day began at the enchanting Moraine Lodge in Banff National Park, where the couple prepared for their big adventure. Julia Joy provided flawless hair and makeup, while stunning florals by Willow Flowers Co complemented the natural beauty of their surroundings. The heartfelt ceremony, officiated by Sara Curdie, took place amidst the breathtaking peaks, making their vows as memorable as the scenery.

Geoff’s custom-designed timeline allowed Emma and Michael to explore hidden gems in the Rockies, creating incredible opportunities for intimate portraits and cherished memories as the top Moraine Lake wedding photographer. From the excitement of hiking to the serenity of their vows, every detail was thoughtfully planned and expertly captured.

This elopement was not just a wedding; it was an unforgettable adventure that reflected Emma and Michael’s love for each other and their shared passion for the outdoors.
