Do you offer cinematography coverage?

Photography is my sole focus and the craft in which I am professionally trained. Still photography and cinema require different ways of seeing, and I believe each deserves full attention and expertise. When I am hired, you are working with someone fully dedicated to photography at the highest level.

For couples who would like cinematic coverage as well, I have partnered with an incredible cinema photographer with whom I work seamlessly. Together, we create a unified experience where still imagery and film complement one another naturally, resulting in coverage that feels cohesive, intentional, and beautifully aligned with the story of your day.

Do you help with planning and timelines, or just photography?

While my role is photography, I am deeply involved in helping shape how the day flows. I work alongside your planner or support you directly if one is not involved, offering guidance on timing, light, and pacing so everything feels natural and unrushed. The goal is not control, but support, allowing your plans to unfold smoothly and intentionally.

What if we are not comfortable in front of the camera?

Most couples tell me this at the start, and it is completely normal. My approach is calm, observational, and guided when needed. I focus on creating space for real moments rather than posed perfection. You will never be asked to perform. Instead, I help you feel present, connected, and at ease so the photographs reflect who you truly are.

How do you work with wedding planners and other vendors?

Collaboration is essential. I work closely with planners and vendor teams to support the overall vision and ensure the experience feels seamless for everyone involved. I respect the planning already in place and integrate my role quietly and professionally, always prioritizing the couple and the flow of the day.

How far in advance should we inquire?

I am often booked 12 to 18 months in advance, particularly for peak season weddings and my adventure elopement experiences. This allows me to give each couple a high level of attention, care, and service, not just in photography but throughout the entire experience. Given the destination nature of the Canadian Rockies and the level of expertise involved, availability is limited. If what you are envisioning feels aligned, I strongly recommend reaching out as soon as possible to see if your date is available, even if plans are still taking shape.

What happens after we inquire?

Once you reach out, we will begin with a conversation to understand what you are planning and what matters most to you. From there, I will guide you through the next steps, whether that means refining your experience, confirming availability, or collaborating with your planner. Nothing is rushed. The process is designed to feel clear, supportive, and intentional from the beginning.
